I am truly amazed at how the human body can heal itself. Our bodies are constantly renewing and working to keep in balance. This miraculous self-healing system sends us sends signals to seek out food, water, activity, rest, companionship, solitude, and more!
Instead of “hacks” to trick your body, I will focus on working with you to honor your body and learn how to listen to and interpret what your body is telling you. Our body knows best.

Pregnancy hormones can cause a temporary type of diabetes. Getting the diagnosis of gestational diabetes can be very scary, and fears exacerbated when trying to get answers on-line. If you already have a good understanding of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, a couple of sessions may be enough to help you understand GDM diagnosis, and how to manage during pregnancy. If you have not thought much about nutrition before now, more sessions are advisable.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome has been getting more attention in the medical community. In the past two reasons for seeking medical attention were weight loss and/or infertility.
